Próby C.d.n. / water test...

Dziś kolejny dzień próby.. na jednym aparacie grzewczym.. zaczęły przeciekać 3 spawy.. a nawet ciśnienia nie było w rurach... na szczęście to nie ja podłączałem...

Próba na prawie 10 Barach..
Zmiana decyzji .. próba na 10 Barach - ładujemy ponad 10 i ...

Wszystko OK 100% :D

Today, the next day trial .. on one instrument began leaking heating .. 3 welds .. and it was not even the pressure in the pipes ... luckily it was not me I connected ...
Test for nearly 10 Bar ..

Próba wody / Water test

Dziś zapadła decyzja że będzie próba..
zaczyna się od rana bieganie, sprawdzanie czy wszystko jest ok i czy można puszczać wodę ok. 5 Bar w system grzewczy - same rurociągi bez aparatów grzewczych..
Około godz. 15. puszczam wodę.. i chwila mija.. a tu z węża leci woda.. dziurawy.. mija jakieś 20 min.. podłączony kolejny wąż . i napełnianie instalacji..
Na koniec pracy stwierdzono - cieknie jeden zawór, jeden trójnik przy aparacie grzewczym i z uszczelki przy rozdzielaczu..
Moje spawy puki co szczelne w 100% zobaczymy jutro rano..
Ps. na foto jak widać 3,6 Bar.

Wada u kolegi??? / Defect to friend

Kolega który ma uprawnienia dozorowe-- albo miał bo nie odnawiał.. pospawał rurę 80.. - twierdził że nadaje się pod świetlenie.. wyszło tak że trzeba było skracać rurę i ciąć ten spaw kątówka.. to co wyszło jest na zdjęciach i filmiku.. Czy dobrze widzę że jest brak wtopienia?? widać "przyklejenie"??
Proszę o komentarze.. pozdrawiam !!

Podwyższanie kwalifikacji ../ High qualification

Posiadam uprawnienia spawalnicze 141 gr 1 - Blachy i Rury, 141 gr. 8 Blachy i rury, oraz 135 gr. 1

   Mam możliwość podniesienia swoich kwalifikacji..  tylko co zrobić. myślę o podniesieniu 141 o HL045.. lub coś innego.. tylko co polecacie??

W Przyszłości planuje pracę poza Polską.. teraz robię w przemysłowo - energetycznym .. a docelowo będzie to pewnie Oil&gas ..

Czy wybór grupy maeriałowej jest dobrym wyborem?? do tego HL045 i 111 ??
