Spawanie na wysokości dosyć niewygodnie.. chińskie Z momentami, odleglośc od ściany ok 20 cm.. miedzy rurami 25 - 30 cm

Witam, sam nie wiem, czy już doszedłem do etapu kiedy mogę wskoczyć poziom wyżej czy może wręcz się cofam... wymagam od siebie wiele.. każdy spaw staram się kłaść jak najlepiej.. ale widzę że moje w porównaniu do spawów innych spawaczy.. są gorsze, nierówne, czasem rozlane,  itd.... podpatruję jak lepiej spawać, ale chyba sam muszę do tego dojść.. :/

Sprzęt.../ Equiment ..

Czekałem dłuższy czas na sprzęt spawalniczy tzn.. spawarke i maskę... ale dotarła najpierw spawarka... a jakiś tydzień później maska.. przez tydzień spawałem taką oto maską..

Później przyszła w końcu maska trochę lepsza...

Tylko mam z nią problem, ponieważ czujniki słabo łapią i dostaje kilka razy dziennie po oczach :/ wszystkie ustawienia filtra wydaja się ok:/

Przez kilka dni miałem problem z kładzeniem lica... często zdarzało mi się że na godzinie 1, zapadał mi się cały spaw.. cięcie i od nowa... na szczęście pokombinowałem i zmniejszam sobie amperaż przed tym miejsce i udaje się przejść już ten moment bez problemów...

Przetop na środku nie wpuklony - kierownik stwierdził że jak będę dobrze nagrzewał to przetopie i tak.. ja chciałem robić wcięcia - nie ma czasu.. efekt jak widać.. reszta przetopu OK

Dziś w końcu udało się zacząć spawanie w firmie... stal czarna, rura 80 na przetop, poszło ładnie, lico też ok w 3 miejscach z małym błędem.. ale minęło przynajmniej 1,5 mc odo ostatniego spawania.. jedziemy dalej!! denerwuje tylko wiatr i deszcz... a o namiot... można prosić... i prosić.

Dzien 2 budowa - Second day - bulding

Budowa jest duża jest wiele firm na niej pracujących.. na nieszczęście dla mnie nie ma pracy na TIG ( tzn nie ma uchwytu do TIG) :/
pomagałem w malowaniu, w spawaniu elektroda i przenoszeniu materiałów.. instalacje ze stali czarnej.. zobaczymy jak przyjdzie uchwyt co i jak..

Wczoraj w firmie miałem być przed godziną 7 rano, byłem mieliśmy niedługo wyjeżdżać bo był plan taki że mam być około godziny 5 przy firmie... a wyjechaliśmy 10.30 na miejsce dojechaliśmy po prawie 7 godzinach.... rozładowaliśmy co było na samochodzie.. dojechaliśmy do miejsca noclegu.. i tak minął pierwszy dzień w firmie..
