drugi dzień delegacji 19.08 / second day in delegation

Chaos!!
Zaczynamy prace o 7.00 myślałem że będę montował słupy na potrzeby dalszego etapu pracy.. nie- kierownik wyznaczył inne osoby, my z kolegą mieliśmy tylko pomagać jemu i innym, po godzinie zmiana.. idę montować kątownik w ścianie na dnie "reaktora", ledwo zacząłem już coś innego, mierzenie i cięcie profilu 40x40 do prowadnic do mieszadła na górze "reaktora", nawet tego nie skończyłem bo już co innego znów na dół.. na pytanie o sprzęt asekuracyjny szelki itp. dostałem odpowiedź   - nie ma nie wymyślaj inni sobie radzili bez... ale to ja co chwile chodzę po rusztowaniach 5m i drabinie bez zabezpieczeń!!! pracy nie odmówię bo leku wysokości nie mam, ale nie jest to profesjonalne podejście do sprawy!!!
 Po skończeniu kątownika kierownik wspomniał o montowaniu i spawaniu rurociągu do napowietrzania na "j" - tkach - to znaczy obejmy w kształcie "j" do montażu na określonej wysokości i poziomie na podestach BHP - okazuje się że"j" nigdzie nie ma.. ani u nas, ani w warsztacie, również nie ma na drugim obiekcie... i zaczęło się obwinianie... takie ganianie do końca dnia.. to tu to tam... :/

Chaos !!
